Worst Delivery Service - Gifts
The drivers from the Cerritos, CA, Moore Street location have continuously made errors with my packages. The final straw was yesterday 11/19/2014 when they misplaced four of my packages. The website indicated three packages were left on front door and one on patio. Why would the driver delivering the four packages leave three on my front door and one on patio. Let me clarify that I have continuously complained and notified this specific location that ALL of my packages are to be left in my gated patio. 7 out of 10 deliveries consist of an error. The office always ensures me they will remind the drivers of these instructions but do not follow them. Now, there are four packages missing. Last year during christmas time, they delivered to the wrong place because someone whom I don't know signed for my package. I have yet, one year later to receive a resolution to this issue and/or explanation of how this happened. If I could request online shippers to ship via a courier other than UPS, I would but they always say that UPS is their preferred service. I now know why. Because they are cheap in cost but more cheap in service to its customers. I am still awaiting a call back with status to my missing packages. What a joke this has become.
