I stayed home all day and night awaiting a UPS pickup from my home that was scheduled to occur. No knock on my door, no doorbell ring, No pickup, no tag was left on my door. I called customer service (next day) at 1-800-742-5877 on 11-19-16 Sat), and reached "Jose". He stated that they had tried to pick up the package on the scheduled day. I explained the above, and he just replied "Uh huh" throughout the call as if he didn't hear me or was distracted with something more important than doing his job. I asked if he could tell me the window of hours of delivery and responded that there was no way to tell this...? I then asked when are the drivers hours of operation? He had difficulty answering simple questions, maybe he didn't comprehend english well or who knows, and I had to repeatedly ask if he was still there on the phone since he would go silent for numerous periods. It was a very frustrating call for me to attempt to get simple information of when my package would be picked up next. Terrible customer service!! I am sure that FedEx thanks you.
