I was waiting for an important time sensitive delivery all day only to find out that the delivery guy left a note and never knocked don the door. I contacted UPS and one of their reps called me back and told me that it will be redelivered some time that day- no time nothing. I said ok fine. No one showed up no one called nothing! I contacted their chat line that night and the man couldn't be less enthusiastic to help! Apparently, not only had the lady lied to me about the redelivery, but she also had the audacity to put dishonest information in her database, that the issue had been resolved and that I had agreed to a next day delivery!! What a liar! The next day the guy comes and very casually states (upon my asking why no one showed up) that he had no time!! Can you believe that. Never ever use UPS! BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS!
