United Parcel Service Complaint

Ups sucks!!
I swear I don't want ups to deliver not one more package for me.
I saw that ups said they delivered my package by constantly checking the status. I never heard a doorbell but when I went to look for my package it wasn't there. Called costumer service, they were very unprofessional and left me on hold multiple times for half an hr at a time without coming back to the phone telling me there's nothing they can do. I hate ups. Their employees do not take pride in their jobs and are rude. Some items are not replaceable.
