Greetings, I had a package scheduled for pickup by a UPS driver. The item was in a pelican case. I placed the label in a paper document protector in between the 2 enclosures. The label was visible but not totally secured to the pelican case. I did not have any UPS shipping supplies to properly affix the label on the one of the handles of the pelican case. Meanwhile, the UPS driver removed the label from the 2 enclosures and informed the receptionist that he requested my presents. As I approached the driver, he informed that he could take the package because the label was totally secured to the pelican case. Therefore, I asked him to give me 5 minutes so I could at least tape the label in the document protector around the pelican case. He replied, "No Sir have a nice day" and then proceeded to his vehicle. I wanted explain to him that I did not have any UPS shipping materials to properly affix the label. And to make a request for UPS carrying handle label protectors. But he was very rude and unsupportive. I would like to know, do UPS driver that are tasked for pickups have UPS labeling materials available on their vehicle for customer use? And are customers charged additional fees to use those supplies. Thank You
