wish we had our competent UPS delivery person back

Had to drive 30 miles round trip to pick up a box that UPS dropped the ball on because we have a dog. Retired and home most of the time, we still can't manage to get a parcel delivered by the same UPS delivery person that drives around our neighborhood pausing... More...
